100% Police Verified Staff
Every candidate goes through rigorous identity checks — Aadhaar/Voter ID, permanent address proof, guardian details and police verification — before any placement.

7-Day Mutual Trial Assessment
The first week is a mutual trial for you and the staff member. If the work is not up to your expectation, a free replacement is processed at no extra placement fee.

Official 11-Month Contract
Placements are covered by a written 11-month service agreement. Either party may end it with 15 days prior written notice, keeping the household and the staff protected.

3 Free Replacements
Within the contract period you get up to 3 free replacements. If a staff member leaves or does not suit your household, we arrange the next verified profile without any extra placement fee.

Strict Anti-Poaching Policy
Hiring our staff directly or through a third party during or after the contract, without informing the company, is a breach of the agreement. Legal jurisdiction: Gurugram, Haryana.
