MaidSure is a brand of Weindeed Hospitality Private Limited, CIN U78100HR2023PTC131501, serving Delhi NCR. This policy applies to maidsure.co.in and our enquiry and staff-application services.
Information we collect
When you enquire, we may collect your name, phone number, email, address, location, family size, service requirement, salary budget, servant-room availability and pet information. Staff applications may include identity-document details, guardian and contact details, age, work history, expected salary, health information and habits.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, match households with suitable staff, assess staff applications, arrange verification and trials, provide customer support, prevent misuse, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.
WhatsApp, phone and email
If you continue through WhatsApp, call us or email us, your communication is also handled under that provider's privacy practices. We use those messages only to manage your enquiry, application or ongoing service.
Sharing of information
We share information only when needed for placement and verification, with the relevant customer or applicant, authorised verification providers, professional advisers, technology providers, or authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect records. We retain information only as long as reasonably required for enquiries, placements, disputes, fraud prevention and legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
