Using this website
You may use this website to learn about MaidSure, submit a household-service enquiry, contact us, or apply for staff placement. You must provide accurate information and must not use the website for unlawful, misleading, abusive or automated activity.
Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a form or WhatsApp message does not create a placement contract, guarantee staff availability, fix a final salary, or confirm a start date. MaidSure will separately confirm availability, duties, salary, charges, verification status and written service terms.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown on the website are indicative monthly salary ranges for full-time, 24-hour live-in staff. Final salary and company charges depend on duties, experience, family requirements, location and candidate availability. Sending or dropping charges may apply as displayed.
Free trial and replacement statements
Trial and replacement benefits are subject to eligibility, staff availability and the written customer service agreement accepted for a placement. The signed agreement controls if website wording and a placement-specific term differ.
Staff applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or placement. Applicants confirm that their details and documents are accurate and authorise MaidSure to contact them and carry out appropriate identity, experience and police-verification processes.
Website content
MaidSure names, logos, text, photographs and website material may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Staff profile details are provided for genuine placement enquiries and must not be scraped, republished or misused.
Third-party services
The website may open WhatsApp, telephone, email, maps or other third-party services. Their availability and privacy practices are controlled by those providers, and MaidSure is not responsible for their systems.
Disclaimer and liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the website available, but temporary errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, MaidSure is not liable for indirect losses arising only from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
